Some senior sessions are an absolute adventure from start to finish—and Addison’s gorgeous 2027 senior experience is right at the top of the list! Addison and her mom traveled all the way in for her photos, choosing Boulder because it happens to be one of her absolute favorite places in the world.

If we thought we were just heading out for a normal session, the sky had other plans. All evening long, we found ourselves playing weather tag, staying just one step ahead of an incoming storm! But honestly? Chasing the weather made the whole night that much more exciting.

We kicked things off at Coots Lake because Addison specifically wanted to incorporate a peaceful water backdrop into her gallery. From there, we headed over to the iconic Chautauqua Park for that classic Boulder aesthetic, before wrapping up our night up at Lost Gulch Overlook. While the clouds rolled in right as we hoped for golden hour, they cleared the way for some moody, dramatic, and epic blue hour photos that completely stole the show.

Through it all, Addison was an absolute dream to work with. Between racing the storm clouds, changing up locations, and staying completely present, her sweet personality and genuine, radiant smile truly shone through. These photos capture who she is right now in this major milestone season of her life, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with how her gallery turned out.
