When you’re a high school senior visiting Colorado for an extended family vacation, you don’t just settle for standard yearbook photos. You go big! Lilly and her family traveled in all the way from Kansas to enjoy the beautiful Breckenridge area, and she knew exactly what she wanted for her senior session: the absolute best of Colorado’s mountains and water.
I was more than happy to deliver. We spent the afternoon hopping between some of the most iconic spots in Summit County to make sure she got that classic “Colorado” look she was dreaming of.
We kicked things off at Sapphire Point, which offers some of the most breathtaking views in the entire region. From there, we headed over to Prospector Campground in Dillon to soak in those sweeping mountain vistas, and we wrapped up our tour at the Snake Inlet River. Between the crystal-clear water and the massive, snow-dusted peaks, we were spoiled for choice with backdrops!
Lilly brought such a fun, personal energy to this session. She showed up with her red cowboy boots and a gorgeous customized hat that added the perfect touch of personality to her portraits. It was such a blast to capture her style against the rugged, wild Colorado landscape.
While her extended family enjoyed their vacation, Lilly got to have this moment just for herself—celebrating the end of her high school chapter and the beginning of whatever adventure is waiting for her next.
